Victor Ojeda was born and raised in Zacatecas, Mexico. At the age of 17, he moved to Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, where he worked and met Francis Gonzalez, who would become his wife. They moved to San Jose, California, where they had their first two children—Bianca J. and Víctor Jr. In 2006, they moved to Texas, put down roots, and had their daughter—Vanessa.

It was in Texas that he came to know the Lord, our God and Savior. For over ten years, he led a Spanish-language Bible study at a local church affiliated with "Mission Arlington." This experience led him to know God even more deeply—so much so that he now serves as His servant. He surrendered his life to ministry, and he sought instruction from Pastor George Martinez to work through his licensing at Calvary Baptist Church.

When God has a purpose for you, He watches over you, protects you, guides you, refines you thoroughly, and makes you strong and resilient against the attacks of the enemy. The trials I have faced have been very hard and painful, yet here God has me standing tall, using me—but with a humble heart, ready for battle, and clad in the full armor of God, our Lord.
And so I go, bearing my cross, following Him as He leads the way before me—serving Him alone.
To Him be all the glory and honor.
Amen.
